Is it possible to have alcohol poisoning without feeling ill?

I know it's dangerous and can be fatal, but is it possible that you can have alcohol poisoning without being sick or passing out etc and it may not seem like you have alcohol poisoning?

Alcohol poisioning comes from drinking WAY too much. If you had alcohol poisioning you would be very drunk, blacked out, maybe unconscious, vomiting, and generally not doing well. If you feel fine, you probably dont have it.

I don't think so. Poisoning is when you have too much of something for your body to process, so things fail and you feel ill. If you don't feel anything, chances are, you weren't don't have alcohol poisoning.

When you have alcohol poisoning you feel sick and puke uncontrollably for over 24 hours. It is miserable and I guarantee you would know it.
